1、对于美国留学面试，首先你需要知道的就是你为什么要申请这个专业，为什么选择这所大学，接下来你可以通过结合自己的特长以及对这个专业课程特点的概述与美国大学面试官进行分析介绍。你还可以分析下申请这个专业的需求是什么？你能从学校获取多少资源，学校提供的资源是你需要的。
2、在面试官面前，你需要对自己有个明确的职业规划，知道自己想要的是什么，申请这所学校为了达到个人目标你能做些什么，该如何掌握自己的课程，如何去学习。最好是能够对你所申请的专业升值空间和进程来解读自己的职业规划，这些对于面试这一关来说都是十分有说服力的。
3、当你讲述完自己对学校的需求，接下来就应该讲到自己能达到学校对自己的要求。可以讲述个人能力、见识以及背景。例如你可以给课堂带来些什么。在阐述自己的能力时，你可以换位思考下，就像你对其他同学的期待，能从别人那里学到什么，获取哪些东西。
4、在回答面试官问题时，你需要体现个人的专业素质。你需要对你美国本科留学所申请的专业该具备哪些重要素质进行了解，然后结合自身条件，知道自己具备这些专业的哪些重要特质，例如：你申请的是会计金融专业，那么你就可以围绕财务管理、投资管理等方面去理解问题，既然是主要针对申请人实质的实习经验，那么你就可以从自身的工作经验及能力方面去展现自己。
